I was born and raised in the small town of Vauxhall, Alberta. I moved to Victoria, BC to complete the 3000 hour RMT program to then return ‘home’ to Calgary to further my passion towards helping others.
I graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary in 2013 where I completed a 3 month internship in Mian Yang, Sichuan, China where I observed and trained with some of the most respected Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors in the world. The internship included teachings in pediatrics, gynaecology, dermatology, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, and cosmetology.
My first experience with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine was during my years as a competitive dancer. First used for pain relief and then for chronic health concerns, it was soon apparent the many health benefits that acupuncture could bring.
I am excited to bring the last 15 years of experience into my practice that can best be described as an ‘east meets west’ approach by combining the knowledge and experience of western medicine with the ever evolving Traditional Chinese Medicine practice.

I was born in Markham, Ontario and relocated to Alberta to follow my passion for wellness, beginning my journey as the Wellness Manager at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. From there, I stepped into a Leadership Development Specialist and Wellness Coach role with Young Living Essential Oils, supporting individuals in both personal growth and overall wellbeing.
After years of navigating chronic health challenges and feeling like I wasn’t making meaningful progress through conventional approaches, discovering ONDAMED® therapy became a turning point for me.
Experiencing the technology personally led me to pursue specialized advanced training with the Binder Institute for Personalized Medicine, where I received my ONDAMED® certification in 2024. I am currently the only registered certified ONDAMED® practitioner based in Calgary.
